I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area of the city, and it was very close to a good subway line that quickly took me to Shibuya.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The rooms are spacious and uniquely designed with a record player and sound system. High-quality furnishings and a comfortable bed add to the experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dining options are excellent, with a focus on Japanese spirits at the cocktail bar.

Despite being located in the bustling Ginza area, K5 provided a peaceful haven to unwind and relax.

The rooms themselves were spacious, soundproofed, and beautifully designed, with a cozy sitting area and a patio to enjoy. We loved the added touch of a complimentary tea and coffee facilities, along with a selection of free toiletries. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a stylish bar/lounge area for us to unwind in the evenings.

As those taking off early, we loved the meticulously curated list of neighborhood restaurants, shops, and bars with Google Maps. The database room design, lighting, music collection, and bar were fantastic. The food was exceptional and the menu creative. The staff was helpful and kind, willing to assist with any questions.

Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.
